Jessica Simpson’s Impressive Weight Loss Journey Will Motivate You to Dust Off Your Daisy Dukes

If you’ve got it, flaunt it. Jessica Simpson wowed fans with her 100-pound weight loss six months after welcoming her third child, Birdie Mae, in 2019 and her trim body keeps dropping jaws.

Jessica worked with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak to lose weight. In September 2019, he revealed that the singer was taking 12,000 steps a day, getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night and crushing circuit workouts. Her meals were full of “protein, fiber and healthy fat,” while snacks had “protein and fat or protein and fiber.”

Years after shedding the pounds, Jessica continued to show off her incredible figure. In February 2024, she attended a Grammys afterparty and looked beyond amazing in a tight red dress.
