Jessa Duggar recently announced she is pregnant with baby No. 2 — and after Tuesday night’s episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On, we can’t help but wonder if she and her husband, Ben Seewald, are expecting twins!

The reality star hinted at having two babies this time around in her original announcement, and her cryptic comments on the TLC series have fans in frenzy.
