Jessa Duggar Relives Dramatic Birth, Hospital Trip on ‘Counting On’

In a trailer for Jill and Jessa Duggar’s spinoff series, Jill & Jessa: Counting On, we see as the younger sister, 23, as she is rushed to the hospital to give birth to her first child, Spurgeon.

Speaking of her homebirth gone wrong, Mrs. Ben Seewald says, “It was just like a bad dream, like, ‘How could this happen?’”
As In Touch Weekly previously reported, Jessa was forced to go to the hospital after her midwife expressed concerns that she was bleeding more than normal.
Despite the difficult birth, all has since been well for mom and baby!
