So not cool, guys! Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald are about to come in to some real estate serious cash. Unfortunately, it’s for all the wrong reasons. The Counting On couple is reportedly selling their land for more than $200,000 — despite the fact they only paid a dollar for it! Here we thought greed was a sin.

According to Radar Online, Jessa’s grandmother, Mary Duggar, sold her granddaughter and grandson-in-law the land for $1 on June 27, 2017. Now, less than a year later, sources say that the TLC stars are selling the .46 acres of land for a staggering $200,376. “The listing is for land only. It does not include the house,” a realtor for Salmonsen Group explained to Radar.

What makes their asking price even more ridiculous, is the land’s proximity to the 1-49 North Interstate in Washington County, AR — definitely not ideal for families! The description on Zillow reads, “Perfect for a new business to catch traffic from all directions! With approx. 200′ of I49 Frontage, you will be seen!”

That description aside, even businesses should be hesitant to make an offer. On Feb. 10, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported a fatal multi-car crash in the Fayetteville area, where the couple resides.

Despite the deadly highway being so close to where the Seewalds live, Jessa often posts photos of her childrenSpurgeon, 2, and Henry, 1 — playing outside with only trees separating their home from the road. If the couple now feels a move is safest for the family as the children get older and more active, so be it! But the price should reflect the dangers involved. Neither Jessa or Ben has commented on whether the sale is purely for financial gain or if they’re looking to relocate for the sake of their growing family.
