Hanging out with mom! Jennifer Garner spent some quality time with her oldest daughter, Violet, in Santa Monica on Thursday, August 15. The actress couldn’t stop smiling as she held hands with her kiddo in the California sun, and they were clearly having a great time with one another. The 13 Going on 30 star shares Violet, 13, as well as two more kids — daughter Seraphina, 10, and son Samuel, 7 — with her ex-husband Ben Affleck. Even though Jen is in the spotlight, she is very focused on keeping her kids grounded. “It’s really important for my kids to see that everyone doesn’t have the lives they see in Los Angeles,” she previously told Southern Living. “That doesn’t reflect the world.”
