Jenelle Evans Didn’t Attend the ‘Teen Mom 2’ Reunion, but She’ll Still Participate
Fans will still get to see Jenelle Evans during the upcoming Teen Mom 2 reunion. Even though Jenelle reportedly skipped out on filming the special with the rest of her co-stars in NYC this weekend, she's still participating and MTV is accommodating her by sending reunion host Dr. Drew Pinsky and a crew to film her in the comfort of her own home.
"Jenelle refused to go to NYC without [her husband David Eason] and MTV refused to pay for him to go with her, so Dr. Drew is filming with her at home in North Carolina," a source revealed to Radar Online.
According to The Ashley, MTV didn't want to pay for David's travel expenses since he is no longer a part of the Teen Mom 2 cast, and he wasn't even allowed to go on the set of the reunion. Earlier this year, David was fired from the show after he made homophobic comments on Twitter but Jenelle remained on the show and continued to film with her sons Jace, Kaiser, and her mother Barbara Evans.
Even though Jenelle didn't attend the reunion, Barbara attended as well as Kaiser's father, Jenelle's ex Nathan Griffith. Her other co-stars Briana DeJesus, Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska, and Leah Messer all attended as well — and MTV took precautions by giving each girl their own dressing room and green room area to avoid drama and fights. But that didn't stop Kail and Bri from getting in a physical fight with each other. Watch the video below to find out why Chelsea, Leah, and Kail all threatened to quit the show!
