First Came Love for Mykelti Brown, Then Came a ‘Sister Wives’ Marriage: Now, a Baby in a Baby Carriage?
Though we just saw Mykelti Brown’s wedding to Antonio Padron on TLC’s Sister Wives, she actually tied the knot with her banker beau back in December 2016. Naturally, fans are eager for these semi-newlyweds to add some branches to the family tree — though they may be jumping the gun a little bit.
For example, if you were to scroll through Mykelti’s Instagram feed and only read the captions, you might get the wrong idea when she mentions her “little boy.” That happens to be a reference to Spader, her adorable puppy.
The duo honored her dad's request that they wait at least a year to have kids, but we think it’s only a matter of time before they give Kody Brown grandchildren. Overall, the family patriarch seems excited about his daughter’s marriage (despite Tony’s suggestion that he take out a line of home equity to pay for the wedding).
In an episode earlier this season, Kody got a bit misty-eyed about the then-20-year-old’s nuptials. “My baby girl’s getting married today,” he said. “[Your] wedding’s gonna come together, you guys are gonna do your ‘I Dos’ without a hitch, and even if you have a hitch, if the cake falls over, if drunk cousins come, nothing’s gonna ruin this day for you guys if you two stay connected in each other’s eyes.”
What a sentimental fella! We can only imagine his emotions if Mykelti gets pregnant. Until then, her, Tony, and Spader will no doubt live happily ever after.
