She knows what she wants! Audrey and Jeremy Roloff talked “all the pregnancy things” on the July 30 episode of their podcast, Behind the Scenes, and the couple discussed their birth plan for baby No. 2, who is due in January. The former Little People, Big World stars answered fan questions on this particular episode, and one person asked, “What inspired you to have a natural birth with Ember, and are you going to do that again?”

Audrey, 28, responded, “So I’ve always been pretty crunchy … if medical interventions are unnecessary then I just lean more on the natural side. But I also wanted to experience the true pains of childbirth and pregnancy.” She noted that it was “a really cool bonding experience” for her and Jeremy, too. Later, the couple read off more fan questions, and Audrey addressed why she isn’t opting to do a home birth. “I loved that I had access to medical professionals,” she said. “Heaven forbid if anything ever happened … I had really great nurses and midwives … I felt like I had a home birth at the hospital.”

Audrey also noted that she didn’t have to clean anything up thanks to having Ember in the hospital and that the couple didn’t have to prep their house to have the birth there. “There’s also something really cool to me about bringing our baby home,” she explained. “That’s just me. I had a really great experience with it, and probably will do the same thing.” So don’t expect the duo to choose a home birth with their second baby, unless something radically changes in the near future.

During the same podcast episode, the couple addressed whether Audrey and her sister-in-law, Tori Roloff, planned to be pregnant at the same time. “No, Tori and I did NOT plan to be pregnant together,” she definitively answered. Her husband added that he finds the assumption “ridiculous, ignorant, rude” and “selfish,” so maybe Little People, Big World fans should lay off asking that one ever again?
