The wait is almost over!

Jazz Jennings's TLC show I Am Jazz is finally coming back for its third season — airing June 28 on TLC — and we can't wait to see what the 16-year-old has in store for us.

The transgender teen announced back in March that her show was picked up again. She captioned her Instagram photo at the time, "It's official! I Am Jazz SEASON 3 is coming to TLC this summer. I'm so happy to be able to continue sharing my story!"

Before you tune in to the upcoming season, get to know more about Jazz and what fans can expect!

Who is Jazz Jennings?

The reality star — who was born male — is one of the youngest publicly documented transgender people. At the age of four, Jazz was diagnosed with gender dysphoria, a gender identity disorder. She also co-wrote a book called, I Am Jazz and is an activist in the LGBTQ community.

Where did Season 2 leave off?

At the end of Season 2, we got to see Jazz go on her first date with a boy and learned the identity of the person who was harassing her family.

In an exclusive clip from TLC about Season 3, we get to see more about Jazz's dating life as well as discussions with her family regarding possible surgery. She also learns how to drive!

Will Jazz's interview with Tomi Lahren ever air?

Jazz was invited to sit down and interview with conservative commentator Tomi Lahren.

On a previous episode of Tomi's show, The Blaze, she discussed trans people's access to bathrooms saying, "Those on the left are all about feelings while the rest of us just don't wanna get raped in the bathroom."

Considering her comments, it makes sense that Jazz's dad had some reservations about putting his daughter "in the firing line of a shock jock."

Tomi, however, was suspended from the show, so it's unclear if the episode will ever air.

Regardless of the controversies, Jazz told Teen Vogue back in March, “I’m so excited for everyone to see the new season! And I’m grateful for all the love and support."

We're so excited too!

Mark your calendars — I Am Jazz comes back to TLC on June 28 at 9 p.m.
