On last night’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian was forced to relive her horrific robbery and the aftermath of the armed attack. During one scene, she’s on her way back to New York with her mother, Kris Jenner, and her beau Corey Gamble, as Kim laments, “People like Howard Stern said that I should go to jail if this is fake… Why would anyone make this up?”
Corey quickly tries to comfort her, saying, “Unfortunately, that’s the world we live in these days.”
So what exactly did the shock jock — who has hosted many Kardashians in his day — say about the incident back in October?
Howard and Robin Quivers were discussing Kim’s robbery when the possibility of her lying about the incident (for whatever reason) came up and he made the shocking allegation.
“I’m not really a Kardashian fan. Some people are saying it didn’t even happen. People are speculating that it’s become more elaborate as it’s going on,” Robin explained. Howard jumped on the criticism and said, “If it is a farce, really, she should go to jail for that!”
As fans now know, the mother-of-two, 36, was definitely telling the truth about the robbery. Earlier this year several arrests were made in connection to the robbery, and Kim recounted the incident in full detail on last night’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
In an emotional post written after KUWTK aired last night, Kim thanked her fans for the opportunity to share her story and claimed that the incident made her a “better” person.
“I took a tragic, horrific experience and did not let it diminish me, rather [I] grew and evolved and allowed the experience to teach me,” she wrote on Instagram. “I can say I’ve become so much better because of it… Thank you for allowing me to share my story tonight.”
