In late November, Heather Locklear suffered from a mental breakdown and was placed on psychiatric hold following a fight with her boyfriend. A few weeks later, the star has finally been released from the hospital, and it seems like she is continuing to get the help she needs. According to a new Radar Online report, Heather has checked into an inpatient treatment facility so that she can continue to get well and address her issues. It’s not her first stint, but her family and friends are hoping that another stay might be able to make a real difference.

A source familiar with the actress is the one who spilled the news. “She’s now in rehab,” they revealed to Radar. “Everyone hopes she will get a lot of it this time.” But considering she only finished up another stay in rehab in October, well, everyone is just crossing their fingers and praying for the best.

It’s been a tumultuous year for Heather, considering it was only a few months ago that she was reportedly hospitalized after threatening to shoot herself with a gun and getting into a tussle with a police officer and EMT. In February, she faced similar issues and was arrested after assaulting an officer. The actress’ father even opened up to In Touch after her most recent episode, exclusively telling the magazine, “No, she’s not OK.”

During her November breakdown, the 57-year-old locked herself in her room with her dog before wandering outside in just her underwear and a shirt and “freaking out about everyone leaving.” Friends “finally got her into bed, but shortly after, she woke up screaming, ‘Help me!’” a source close to the actress told In Touch. “They thought she cut herself or attempted suicide. But she just wanted her dog.”

Hopefully, though, rehab can help. Though it’s not clear how long her current stay will last, the source tells Radar that her loved ones would like it to be for longer than three months. We’re just hoping that she gets the help she needs.
