She’s seeking professional help. Heather Locklear is reportedly back in rehab again after getting into another heated altercation with her longterm boyfriend, Chris Heisser. The former Melrose Place actress and Chris “squared off” in April and she was apparently re-admitted shortly after.

“Heather and Chris got into a screaming match, and after they finally cooled down she realized she’d lost control again and decided she needed to head back to rehab,” a source tells Radar.

The actress, 57, has been in and out of rehab over the past year and she’s faced no shortage of drama in recent months. “This is always the way it goes with Heather,” the insider explained to Radar. “She goes off the deep end and gets into it with Chris or whoever else is around, and then she realizes she needs to get help! We’re all praying that this time it will work.”

In late November 2018, Heather reportedly suffered from a mental breakdown and was placed on psychiatric hold following a dispute with her boyfriend. When asked how Heather was doing after the incident, her father told In Touch exclusively at the time, “She’s not OK.”

Earlier that year, in February 2018, Heather was arrested and hospitalized for domestic violence and battery against a police officer. The actress later pleaded not guilty to attacking the officer.

Chris’ father, Peter Heisser, previously opened up about their tumultuous relationship and expressed his concerns for Heather’s health. “When she drinks a certain amount, she just unloads,” he told In Touch back in March 2018. “She has a very quick temper, and I don’t know that she realizes what she’s doing in that situation. Chris took Heather a couple times to [rehab], and she stays for a certain period of time. But she gets anxious and wants to come home. It’s difficult.”
