After Joe Giudice was released from ICE custody and boarded a plane back to Italy, his oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, revealed she will be seeing her dad in just a short amount of time. “So happy you are together right now,” she captioned a photo of her father with his brother, Pete, on Sunday, October 13. “Enjoy. See you in a few weeks, daddy.”

Gia’s sister Milania Giudice also uploaded a sweet throwback photo with The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 47, on the same day. “See you soon, daddy,” she captioned a photo of the two of them together. “I love you beyond words.”

Of course, fans couldn’t help but show their support for the businessman, and they even commented on his weight loss. One person wrote, “He looks so good, oh my gosh! Can’t wait for you all to reunited,” while another echoed, “He looks sooo healthy and happy.” A third person chimed in, writing, “Looks like a new man.” Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino — who recently competed eight months in prison in September — also left a note for the Bravo personality. “The comeback is always greater than the setback,” the Jersey Shore star wrote. “Sending positive vibes.”

Many followers also commented that Joe looked a little bit like the MTV personality. “Holy s—t why does Joe Giudice look like ‘The Situation’? I’m so confused,” one person wrote. “Meanwhile, in other news, Joe Giudice went to prison came out Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino,” a second joked.

This isn’t the first time Joe has appeared on social media, either. Just one day earlier, Gia uploaded a photo of herself FaceTiming with her father. “One of the happiest moments of my life,” she gushed. “Love you so much, daddy. So happy you’re free. See you so soon.”

Joe was sentenced to 41 months in prison for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud charges, but since he is not an American citizen, he was deported back to Italy because of his conviction. After the New Jersey transplant served his prison sentence, he was transferred to ICE custody in March. Afterward, his legal team filed an appeal on his behalf, but his bond request was denied last month.

In October, Joe’s request to be released from ICE custody was granted, but he had to return to Italy instead of staying in the United States. However, it seems like his family — he shares daughters Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10 with wife Teresa Giudice — is making the trip overseas. “Teresa already has a trip to Italy planned. She’ll be taking all her girls,” a source told Us Weekly. “Teresa and all the girls will be visiting sooner rather than later. It’s fast approaching.”

We can’t wait for the Giudice family to be reunited at last.
