Don’t come for her baby! Gabrielle Union hit back at a troll who took to Twitter to throw shade at her famous family on Tuesday, October 15. The hater posted a screengrab from Dwyane Wade’s Instagram Story with the caption, “What y’all think of this?” The actress, 46, made sure to give the user a piece of her mind.

“Looks like love to me 🤷🏾‍♀️,” Gabrielle commented on the post which pictured her with daughter Kaavia, 11 months old, and Dwyane’s 12-year-old son, Zion, with text that read “my girls.” She continued, “I truly hope that everyone gets the love, support and hugs they deserve. Also Kaav ain’t with the dumb s–t. Peace and blessings good people.”

Several people stood up for Gabrielle in the comments writing, “She don’t [sic] play no games! When she starts talking 🤣,” while another user wrote, “Am I supposed to raise my eyebrow at parents loving their kids?” One fan continued to echo, “I think it takes no effort to be kind or mind ya [sic] business.”

Dwyane, 37, previously spoke about Zion back in June telling Variety that it’s his “job as a father” to support his children’s decisions. “I don’t really talk about it much because it’s Zion’s story to tell,” he told the outlet. “I’m very uneasy about accolades that come from supporting my kids or the negativity that comes from it. I’m doing what every parent has to do. Once you bring kids into this world, you become unselfish. It’s my job to be their role model, to be the voice in my kids’ lives, to let them know, ‘You can conquer the world. So, go and be your amazing self and we’re going to sit back and just love you.’”

As for Kaavia, she is creating her own narrative simply with her iconic look. The tot has been nicknamed “The Shady Baby” over her telling expression. At less than a year old, she is verified on Instagram and has almost a million followers! We guess that’s what happens your parents are both legends. We think we can all agree that Kaavia wouldn’t stand for any Twitter beef thrown her way.
