Farrah Abraham Receives Flowers From Simon Saran

He loves me, he loves me not! Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham just received flowers from her on-again, off-again, back on-again, back off-again boyfriend, Simon Saran, and fans are confused AF. “To the most beautiful girl I know!” the note reads. “I wouldn’t trade the time we shared together for anything in the world.” Watch the video below to find out what else he had to say — and to see how fans reacted!

Recently, Simon sparked rumors his leading lady was expecting her second child with a cryptic Snapchat post. “Pregnant bag,” he wrote on the video.

Though nearly nothing Farrah does shocks us anymore, we actually would be surprised if she was pregnant now. In Touch can exclusively reveal that Farrah was drinking at her mom’s wedding last week, so unless they just found out, it’s unlikely. Plus, she’s the only woman in the Teen Mom universe that hasn’t had another kid (intentionally or otherwise) and she’s seemed to pride herself on that fact. “I’m on a show about safe contraception and not having unplanned pregnancies,” she explained to Us Weekly in June. “I would never ever put myself in that situation for my future. I’ve really learned from my past.”

However, that doesn’t mean more children are out of the question. As a matter of fact, she fully expects to be a mom to another child. “Sophia has always asked for a sibling and you know, it was hard at first,” she said. “She was confused about her father’s loss. She wanted siblings and honestly, I’m just so blessed that everything is sorting out. I hope that I find somebody under the right circumstances to start a family with.”
