Nicole Eggert of Baywatch comes up short on bankruptcy payments

Even though she successfully filed for bankruptcy in September 2013, it seems former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert isn’t out of the woods yet.

According to ‘Radar Online,’ trustees overseeing her case say Nicole has failed to make more than $7,400 in payments to her creditors.

In 2013 the actress almost lost her house before her third bankruptcy application attempt in 12 months was finally successful. She claimed to be living on a meager $800 a month at the time and owed the bank more than $60,000.

The court’s decision saved her house, but only on the condition that she pay $1,071.43 monthly, as well as an additional $800 to another group of 12 creditors she owed money to.

Unfortunately, the payments proved too much for the 43-year-old who is deep in debt once again — reportedly owing $7,400 to creditors despite the provisions.

According to ‘Radar Online,’ a trustee is pushing to have her case thrown out, which would leave her to deal with her creditors on her own.
