Our thoughts are with Enoch Foster‘s family during this difficult time. TLC fans were introduced to the polygamist family on its latest series Three Wives, One Husband, which documented the lives of polygamist families living at Rockland Ranch in Utah, but now a terrible tragedy has struck the Fosters. Earlier this week, a fire broke out in the Foster family’s home and unfortunately, Enoch’s youngest son, two-year-old Adonijah Foster, died in the fire, and Adonijah’s mother Lilian Foster and two of his older sisters suffered injuries from trying to save him. Now, a GoFundMe has been set up to help the family cope with the funeral costs.

A close friend of the Foster family exclusively revealed to In Touch that little Adonijah died from smoke inhalation after a fire accidentally started in his bedroom. Lilian also suffered from smoke inhalation and she had to be airlifted to the nearest hospital for treatment, where she is currently in shock and catatonic. As if it wasn’t enough to lose the youngest member of the Foster family, they’ve also lost all of the belongings in the fire which is why they are leaning on the support and the kindness of strangers.

“The Fosters have helped so many people, expecting nothing in return,” read the description in the GoFundMe. “This family can use all the support they can get and I know they will be forever grateful. Let’s rally together and help them overcome a growing financial burden during this tragic time. All money donated will go to medical and funeral expenses, as well as repairing the damage in the home.”

As of publication, the GoFundMe has raised $25,645, which is nearly half of its $50,000 goal, and the person who started the fundraise gave fans an update on the site. “We’ve shared this campaign with the family and they broke down crying,” the update read. “They are overwhelmed by the love, prayers, and donations given. On behalf of everyone here — thank you so much for your generosity and support. Every little bit helps.”
