Oops! After posting a seemingly innocent photo of her eight-month-old son, Chelsea Houska started an all-out Twitter war. The Teen Mom 2 star received backlash for sharing a sweet snap of Watson Cole — who she shares with husband Cole DeBoer — but the conversation quickly turned controversial. A fan posted a comment that read, “Hopefully you’ve stopped vaccinating and started researching! #learntherisk,” to which she replied, “I was waiting for these tweets ….?”

Chelsea added in the comments section that next week’s episode is about Watson’s shots, so the woman must have seen the preview. She added, “I knew I’d be getting a lot of that!” At least she was prepared!

Today — although 80 to 90 percent of infants get vaccinated — many are opting out because of safety concerns. Yet according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “Vaccines are very safe. The United States’ long-standing vaccine safety system ensures that vaccines are as safe as possible. Currently, the United States has the safest vaccine supply in its history. Millions of children safely receive vaccines each year. The most common side effects are typically very mild, such as pain or swelling at the injection site.”

Still, the woman’s comment was met with mixed emotions. One person wrote, “Vaccines will keep your child and everyone around them safe. Why are people still preaching this crap?” Another chimed in, “Do your research… unvaccinated kids are not disease carriers… vaccinated kids spread more from shedding their live vaccines.”

Earlier this week, the reality star mama picked out a dress for wedding No. 2 with her hubby. She recently shared a photo of herself sporting a huge smile and holding a garment bag. “GOT MY DRESS! Heading home,” she captioned the pic, accompanied by a plane emoji. Not long after they got hitched, the mom-of-two — who also shares daughter Aubree, 8, with ex Adam Lind — revealed that she and Cole were planning on having a larger ceremony after Watson’s arrival. “So as most of you already know, yesterday Cole and I got married in a tiny ceremony just with our parents and siblings,” Chelsea wrote at the time. “Next year, once our baby is here and able to be part of it, we will have a big ceremony and reception with our friends/extended family.” We can’t wait to see what it looks like!
