The Teen Mom OG star, 24, exclusively confirmed the news to In Touch.

“Just let [fans] know that I’m just seeking help for my anxiety and depression at the moment,” she said.

This comes shortly after the mom-of-one cryptically shared a picture of a plane and told fans she was headed to Arizona, telling fans, “I can’t wait to get back to my normal self.”

Yesterday, Cate’s husband Tyler Baltierra, 24, requested prayers on behalf of his wife, and promised to stand by her, though he was vague about what was wrong.

“Please just pray for my wife,” the father-of-one, 24, tweeted. “For better or for worse…through sickness and in health…I will NEVER stop fighting for my wife. Keep her in your prayers…thank you.”

When asked, the mother-of-one told In Touch she was unsure of how long she’ll be in treatment.
