Round two! Briana DeJesus is back at the plastic surgeon’s office — and this time around she has on-again boyfriend Javi Marroquin there for moral support. The Teen Mom 2 star went under the knife seven months after giving birth to her daughter Stella, and Dr. Miami (real name: Michael Salzhauer) captured the procedure on Snapchat.

For her second mommy makeover, the 23-year-old, who is also mom to six-year-old daughter Nova, had a breast lift with implant exchange, a tummy tuck, and another Brazilian butt life. According to the social media-famous surgeon, the pregnancy weight caused her booty to become “too wide” and not proportional to her body.

When asked if he was going to take care of the reality star, Javi responded, “I will” in the short clip shared on the social media platform. Following the surgery, Dr. Miami also shared the results with followers, and Bri is looking snatched once again. She also thanked the doctor on her Instagram page, writing, “I have been extremely self-conscious and insecure about my weight gain and this time I will stay in shape and work out to maintain ur work!”

It is surprising to see Javi by Bri’s side, especially after she revealed earlier this year that the couple had called it quits because he was against her going under the knife. “Javi and I are not together anymore. Our future just doesn’t line up. He doesn’t want me to get my surgery for a breast lift, lipo, and tummy tuck, which I’m doing in two weeks, because it’ll look bad on his name at work,” she told Blasting News. “Also, I don’t plan on moving in with him in the summer and for these reasons, he broke up with me.”

His support for Bri also seemingly set off his ex-wife Kailyn Lowry, who went on a mini-rant on Twitter, hinting that she has some dirt on the pair. “Ooooohhhhhh I got some tea for yalllllll,” Kail wrote, tagging Javi. “Everything comes full circle. The funny thing is, I keep my mouth shut long enough and every time I do the truth comes out just before I want to open my mouth. I’ll wait for the cameras to spill the tea.” Until then, we wish Bri a speedy recovery.
