One big happy family? Exes Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted taking their kids to church on June 30 in Los Angeles, California. The little family certainly didn’t seem to appreciate the hot summer sun as they walked outside the church, and we don’t blame them! But otherwise, the divorced couple appeared civil with one another around their kids. Check out the photos below to see for yourself!

No Skipping!

Ben and Jen’s children — Violet, Seraphina and Samuel — were all at church with their parents. No skipping out for any of these kids!

They Clean Up Well

Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 7, were dressed casually for the outing. Violet, 13, was a little more dressed up and sported a white dress. Their famous parents also wore comfortable looking outfits, though they still cleaned up well.

Civil

Ben, 46, and Jen, 47, finalized their divorce in November 2018. But they seem determined to keep things civil with the kids and are actually seen heading out on outings with them together fairly often.

Tradition

The couple was seen attending church services with their kids in December 2018 as well. Seems like this is one family tradition they didn’t want to give up, even if Ben and Jen are no longer married.

One-on-One

They also spend plenty of time with their kids one-on-one. In November, Ben was spotted doing some holiday shopping with all three of his kids, but Jen was nowhere to be found. Instead, his mother, Christine, joined them for the occasion.

Coparenting

Meanwhile, Jen went to Disneyland with Seraphina and Samuel in mid-June. Clearly, it’s important to both parents that they get in a lot of quality time with their children. Ben once said of his ex said during an appearance on Today, “She’s wonderful. I’m lucky [my kids have] got a great mom, and she helps out a great deal with making sure we coparent in as good a way as possible.”

Time Management

The Alias actress and Batman actor were seen with all of their kids just days after Ben’s buddy Matt Damon was spotted leaving Ben’s house in Brentwood in Los Angeles, California, on June 27. Were they working on a new project together? No matter what the old friends were up to, clearly Ben isn’t letting it take away from time with his family.
