Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner, No More? Here’s Everything We Know About Their Relationship Status
Another one bites the dust? Shortly after Kylie Jenner and her longtime beau, Travis Scott, shared awkward Father’s Day posts on Sunday, June 16, fans began to speculate that the beloved KUWTK pair have called it quits. However, being that celebrity breakups are never that simple, we decided to deep dive into the couple’s interactions — or lack thereof — over the past few months to see if there are any other clues that Kylie, 21, and Travis, 28, are no longer an item.
First thing’s first, let’s talk about those aforementioned Father’s Day posts, shall we? The Kylie Cosmetics mogul basically waited until the very end of the day to shout out her man, and when she did … well, let’s just say it was less than romantic. “Happy Father’s Day [Travis Scott]. I love the love you share with our daughter. Thank you for all that you do. Today we celebrate you,” Kylie captioned two black-and-white photos of Travis and their daughter, Stormi Webster.
OK, so she didn’t ignore him altogether, but it seems curious that Kylie didn’t include any snapshots of them as a family. As for Travis’ post? He did the same thing! “The day mommy made me a daddy I couldn’t wait to spend everyday with you to conquer this planet,” the “Sicko Mode” rapper wrote, along with two pictures of him and Stormi, 16 months.
Adding fuel to the breakup fire, neither Kylie nor Travis commented on each other’s posts. That said, both Kendall and Kris Jenner liked Trav’s. Important side note: Influencer Chiara Ferragni commented on Kylie’s post, “You guys were amazing at the family farms today.” Based on that, we can assume that the pair spent the holiday together, but could it just have been as coparents? Let’s keep digging …
While Kylie and Travis have always been somewhat of a private couple, there came a point where she was posting about her “hubby” pretty consistently. However, as it stands, Kylie hasn’t shared a picture with Travis since Monday, May 6 — a.k.a Met Gala Monday. Travis, on the other hand, hasn’t posted a picture with his boo since — wait for it — April 21!
We hate to be dramatic, but anything over a month is pretty much the social media kiss of death as far as relationships go. Beyond that, Travis used to leave cute comments on Kylie’s thirst traps all the time. Now? Radio silence. In fact, the only definitive proof we have that Kylie and Travis might still be together comes from her June 3 YouTube vlog titled “Kylie Jenner: A Day in the Life.”
At the 14-minute mark, Kylie and Travis are on the phone. “Are you here?” she asks him, to which he replies, “No, I’m at the studio.” This may seem weird, but honestly, their house is likely *so* big that they have no idea if the other is home. “Alright, I love you,” Travis tells Kylie before she says she’ll be home around midnight.
To clarify, this exchange took place on Wednesday, May 29, despite the video coming out five days later. At the end of the day, Kylie, Travis and Stormi are a beautiful little family! We’d hate to see them break up. Here’s hoping that’s not the case.
