Former ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Adam Lind Won’t Go To Jail For Violating Stalking Protection Order (EXCLUSIVE)
Former Teen Mom 2 star Adam Lind has been sentenced for violating a stalking protection order — but he won’t be doing any jail time. Chelsea Houska‘s baby daddy pleaded guilty to the crime in December, but now a source tells In Touch exclusively that the 29-year-old isn’t going to be spending any time in the slammer.
Adam was sentenced to 210 days in jail with 207 days suspended and a credit for three days, our insider tells us. He was also ordered to pay $200 in court fines and fees.
Adam’s ex-girlfriend, Brooke Beaton, filed a restraining order against him after he allegedly stalked her, Radar Online reported back in 2014. His ex-fiancée, Stasia Huber — who appeared on TM2 during their on-again, off-again three-year relationship — also filed a restraining order against him on Nov. 7, which was granted for five years.
As previously reported, Adam was arrested on Nov. 2 for domestic assault, which is reportedly what prompted Stasia to file her restraining order. In court documents obtained by Radar at the time, she gave chilling details about her alleged abuse.
“While under the influence of drugs, alcohol, and steroids, he fractured my forearm, locked me in the house saying I couldn’t leave, smashed my phone, and once he realized what he had done, he broke down crying and took me to the ER. We broke up for a while after that,” she claimed.
Stasia is at least the third ex-girlfriend of Adam’s to accuse him of domestic abuse. In addition to her and Brooke, Adam’s ex Jessica Nicole also claimed that he had gotten physically violent with her during their relationship.
Unfortunately, Adam’s list of run-ins with the law doesn’t end there. In February, a warrant was issued for his arrest for being behind on child support. Adam shares daughter Aubree, 9, with Chelsea and Paislee, 5, with ex Taylor Halbur. At the time, an insider alleged he owed Taylor “over $16,000.” According to The Ashley, the troubled dad has been arrested more than 30 times.
