Keep it up! 90 Day Fiancé star Danielle Jbali shared her weekly Fitbit stats with her Instagram followers on Nov. 26, and revealed her weight loss goal exclusively with In Touch Weekly. It’s an impressive target, and we are definitely rooting for her!

Danielle told In Touch exclusively that her goal at the moment is “to get down to 200” pounds. But more importantly, she added that she’s “feeling good each day,” which is really what’s most important to any weight loss and healthy living process.

Danielle listed some amazing weekly stats from her Fitbit on Instagram, prompting In Touch to ask more about her weight loss strategy. Danielle told us that she counts calories and her steps using Fitbit, and walks on her treadmill. She also said she spoke with Molly Hopkins, another 90 Day Fiancé star, who claims she’s lost over 40 pounds with the help of Teami Blends 30 day detox tea. “I am using the detox tea and I use LA nutrition products such as the collagen peptides, cedar max, their vitamins,” Danielle said.

Danielle also explained to In Touch that Thanksgiving was her first holiday on this weight loss plan, and that she used it as a “cheat day.” She allows herself one, which seems fair to us!

“I also have found other ways to still have some food I love,” Danielle said. “I love chocolate, so at Walmart I found 100 calorie bars and I have one of them when I want chocolate.” She continued, “I have been eating salad more for one of my meals.”

It sounds like Danielle is really working hard to get healthy and lose weight, which is definitely an inspiring goal!
