Strong is the new sexy! Anfisa Nava’s hard work in the gym is paying off and she showed off her muscle gains in a fierce new lingerie-clad pic. The 90 Day Fiancé star also fired back at body-shamers blasting her for looking too “manly” and revealed who takes her Instagram snaps.

“People: LiFtInG MaKeS YoU lOoK MaNlY. Me: k,” Anfisa captioned the snap. “F.A.Q. Who takes your photos? Timer,” she revealed as well, much to the delight of her fans. After her husband, Jorge Nava, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison, the reality star has turned to bodybuilding.

Anfisa opened up about how she was coping in a social media post on Dec. 2. “It has been very hard on me because Jorge and I are not just husband and wife but we are truly best friends and we used to share everything with each other and since we aren’t together physically now and only get to talk to each other once a day it feels like a big part of me was taken away,” she wrote.

To fill the void in her heart, Anfisa, 23, decided to spend her time doing something beneficial: working out. “ONE DAY I want to take it on a higher level and compete in NPC bikini division,” she continued in her heartfelt caption, while explaining how it’s frustrating that haters constantly try to tear her down. It looks like she’s confident with her decision, because when her and Jorge’s contracts for the TLC series showed up in her mailbox, Anfisa let her cat tear up the documents. According to her, they do have some footage of Jorge, since they filmed while he was in court, but she says they quit at the end of October.
