And baby makes… four! Former 16 and Pregnant star Millina Kacmar — who appeared on Season 5 of the show back in 2014 — welcomed a baby girl earlier this month with her fiancé, Dylan Borowicz. Millina told The Ashley she named the baby Scarlett and that she weighed in at 7 pounds 2 ounces and measured 20 inches long.

“She’s perfect,” Millina said. “She’s a perfect baby; she only cries when she needs something. She’s eating really well. She caught on to nursing in less than five minutes. She loves to cuddle.”

Last year, the reality star alum suffered a devasdating miscarriage, so when she announced her pregnancy in July, she was over-the-moon. She revealed that so far, Kayden, 4 — whose father is Trevor Davis — enjoys being a big brother. “He loves her but I don’t think he realizes were keeping her!” she laughed. She added that she and Dylan are set to get married on Oct. 13, 2018.

Millina is the most recent of the 16 and Pregnant cast to give birth. Season 4’s Lindsey Harrison welcomed twins — Jackson and Paisley — last month, and she’s been updating fans on Instagram about their health. Fortunately, the two are now thriving after contracting meningitis. Last week, she revealed that her son is now staph & E.Coli-free and her daughter — although it took her longer to kick the infection — has finally come back with a negative blood culture. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean that their worries are behind them just yet.

On Nov. 15, Lindsey revealed that Paisley is still having complications. “They found a blood clot in her main portal,” she wrote. “(They think that’s why the infection lingered so long; it was most likely hiding in it). Doctors are rushing to figure out the exact issues and treatment plans as a liver typically doesn’t start to show signs of failure until 60 days from the day of birth. So they are working promptly to figure everything out before the 60 days so that won’t happen.” She continued, “Paisley’s case is so rare that the infectious disease specialists are writing a story on her to warn doctors around the world, since she may be the only baby in the world that’s had a blood culture remain positive for as long as hers did.” Stay strong, girl!
