Apparently, it is possible to rock too hard — just ask Steven Tyler. The Aerosmith front man claimes he checked into a rehab facility earlier this month, not for drugs, but to recover from foot surgeries to fix problems caused by his energetic stage shows. "The doctors told me the pain in my feet could be corrected, but it would require a few surgeries over time," said the singer in a statement. "The 'foot repair' pain was intense — far greater than I'd anticipated. The months of rehabilitative care and the painful strain of physical therapy were traumatic. I really needed a safe environment to recuperate where I could shut off my phone and get back on my feet." But fear not, the 60-year-old rocker isn't planning on slowing down. "Make no mistake, Aerosmith has no plans to stop rocking. There's a new album to record, then another tour." And hopefully, no more foot surgeries!
