Did Paola Mayfield from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After have plastic surgery? That's what fans are wondering, especially after she underwent a makeover once she moved to Miami to pursue her modeling career.
Viewers first started to notice a change in Pao's features during Season 1 of the TLC spinoff, and many of them took to Reddit to speculate the type of work she's done — and most commenters think that she had a boob job. Another commenter suggested that she had her nose or lips done.

Although it's hard to tell if Pao has gotten any plastic surgery done recently, she does look very different from when fans first met her on her season of 90 Day Fiancé, she already had her sexy curves and she was naturally a brunette. But after she made the move from Columbia to Oklahoma to marry her fiancé Russ Mayfield, she started to pursue her career in modeling and she realized that she needed to be in a major city in order to have more opportunities — and she even gave herself a makeover and dyed her hair blonde.
She decided that she wanted to live in Miami, where she'll be able to immerse herself into the Latin community there while working as a model. Once Russ lost his job in the oil and gas industry, she made the big move and now Russ is trying to find work in Miami. But during tonight's episode, he met with a staffing agency and was told that if he wanted to find a job in his field, then he might have to look at opportunities outside of South Florida.
But Pao got a lot of backlash on social media from viewers who accused her of leaving her husband behind while she went to live her life in Miami, and many of them think that she's being unfair by pressuring him to make the move. She took to Instagram to hit back at the haters and explain her side of the story.
"Do you know the whole story back in Oklahoma?" she asked. "Do you know how my life was back there 24/7? Do you know I haven't seen my family/friends in 3 years? Do you know I didn't have friends or family in Oklahoma? So much you don't know!"
