Lisa Vanderpump truly is a reality TV superstar; not only is she on her fourth season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she also stars in her own spinoff, Vanderpump Rules, which about to launch a second season!
We know it’s not right to pick favorites—and we wouldn’t want Lisa to pick between her two shows—but at the RHOBH and Vanderpump Rules premiere party on Oct. 23, she did confess to In Touch that she has more fun filming Vanderpump Rules!
“[My costars] are so funny, and so fresh and they’re so naughty and sometimes I feel like I’m on a runaway train with them,” she gushed. “They are naughty but they make me laugh and the funny thing is that they move on so very quickly.”
Vanderpump Rules follows Lisa, 53, and the employees at her LA hotspot SUR; she explained to In Touch that her employees have great, natural chemistry.
While Lisa gravitates more towards her new show and new cast, she’s becoming more and more distant from her old friends and her returning RHOBH cast mates; at the premiere party last night, fellow housewives Brandi Glanville and Kyle Richards hung out together. Whereas Lisa kept mostly to herself, opting to stay outside and in a cabana rather than mingle with the rest of the cast; a huge change since seasons past when Lisa was close with both women.
Even though her younger Vanderpump Rules cast mates are more fun, she admits that it’s hard to lose close friends.
“Whenever there is a discord or dispute, how can you not be [sad]?” she asked. “I think if you love something and you support them and you have seen that in some of these relationship then of course you are, I wouldn’t be human if I didn’t feel [sad]. Of course there have been moments when I felt like that.”
“I don’t want to say anything right now,” she explained to In Touch. “You are going to have to watch it!”
