They want to be at peak health for their wedding! My 600-lb Life stars Lee Sutton and Rena Kiser announced that they're taking their relationship to the next level in January. In an interview with Newsweek, Lee revealed they haven't set a date yet for a wedding but that they're definitely making things permanent, and they want to be even further in their weight loss journey when they do it!

"We will be together until death do us part!" said Lee of Rena. "Our relationship has definitely improved. We can do stuff for ourselves more and don’t have to rely as much on others." He further added that marriage is in their "near future" and said that "[being on the show] was a great experience and it saved my life. I'm ready for the next year ahead and skin surgery when I'm ready for it."

The couple met at a weight loss clinic and instantly bonded over their love of food. "I remember meeting Rena for the first time. Her brother was my roommate at the bariatric clinic," Lee said in promotional footage for their episode. "And I kind of felt jealous how she would make sure what he needed."

Unfortunately for the pair, the clinic didn't allow relationships, so they left. After dating for 11 years and struggling with food, they essentially became immobile. Rena used to take care of Lee, but now his sister, Cassie, looks after both of them.

These days, however, the couple are taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle — and they've been very successful! Shortly before their episode debuted, Lee and Rena took to their official Facebook page to share a meme celebrating the jaw-dropping 574 pounds they’ve lost between the two of them. Considering they were once over 1,300 pounds as a couple, the accomplishment is no small feat. Though we don't have an updated weight, they looked smaller than ever celebrating Valentine's Day together in February.

On Feb. 15, Lee admitted that he was down in the dumps on the anniversary of his mom's death, but that he wanted to continue his journey. "I really need to push myself farther and farther," he wrote. "God bless and I hope all is well. Jesus loves us and I know this. I am not the perfect person, but I want to start giving my life more to God and doing better for myself." He's not quitting!

Plus, according to Starcasm, they've lost enough weight to have sex for the first time in their decade-long relationship. Congrats to the happy couple on, ahem, all of their accomplishments!
