Gary Shirley will continue to have primary physical custody of his oldest daughter, Leah, with her mom — Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood — agreeing to pay child support, the reality star revealed on Twitter.

The mom-of-one lost custody when she went to prison for drug possession in 2011. The two agreed on joint custody last year — with Gary retaining primary physical custody.
While it was initially reported that this decision was reached in a courtroom, Amber has taken to Twitter to set the record straight — insisting that she is the one who agreed to pay Gary and give him primary physical custody of her beloved “Boo Boo.”
