Cheyenne Rose Antoine
The 21-year-old (left) went out for a night of drinking with her bestie, Brittney Gargol (right), in 2015, but only one of them was seen again. Brittney was later found strangled on the side of the road. The last picture posted on Brittney's Facebook page was what tipped investigators off when they noticed the murder weapon, a leather belt, was part of Cheyenne's outfit. She had tried to ward off police by leaving Facebook messages on Brittney's wall the next morning asking if she got home safely, but later she confessed to police that she and her friend had been drinking, got into an argument, and that she didn't remember the murder. She's currently facing eight years in prison for manslaughter.

Ashleigh Wade
The Bronx woman was convicted of killing her pregnant childhood friend, Angelikque Sutton, by luring the woman to her house, stabbing her 20 times, and then cutting out her friend's fetus. On trial, she told prosecutors that she thought the baby was hers. She was found guilty of murder in 2017. Fortunately for the baby, it survived and today is now a healthy toddler.

Karen Severson
In 1985, Karen was just 17 years old when she decided to murder her best friend, Missy Avila. Missy's body was found face down in a creek, pinned down by a log, with her hair cut and face beaten. For three years after the murder, Karen consoled Missy's family and even suggested people she thought were possible suspects. "She had us all fooled. She had my daughter-in-law fooled, my sons were fooled, everybody was fooled," Irene Avila, Missy's mother, said. "How cold-blooded can you get?" Karen was finally caught when a friend tipped off police. She spent 21 years in prison and, after her release, went on a shameless press tour where she talked about her crime.
According to her, she and Missy started to drift apart in their teens. Out of jealousy, she started to bully her former friend, which eventually lead to attacking and killing her in the woods after seeing Missy with her boyfriend. She even published a memoir about her crime called My Life I Lived It, but the book wasn't well-received and currently has only two stars on Amazon.

Rachel Shoaf and Shelia Eddy
When 16-year-old Skylar Neese was found murdered, her body covered with dirt, no one suspected the murderers were her two closest friends. Skylar met Shelia when she was eight and, according to her family, they were like sisters. Once Rachel transferred to their school, she became part of their circle too. However, conflicts arose amongst the friends when Rachel and Shelia's friendship grew tighter. One night, Skylar snuck out of the house to hang out with her two besties and smoke pot. While her back was turned, Rachel and Shelia stabbed her 50 times. Months after the murder, Rachel confessed the murder to her attorney. Both girls told police their motive for murdering Skylar was because they "didn't like her" anymore. They were both convicted of second-degree murder.
"They’re both sickos, and they’re both exactly where they need to be: away from civilization, locked up like animals," Skylar's father, Dave Neese, said. "Because that’s what they are, they’re animals."

Angelique Williams
In 2015, the 18-year-old got in an argument with Renita Thomas that ended when Angelique stabbed her best friend with a broken bottle. The story was front page news in Guyana, the country where the two lived, as friends and family speculated how such a gruesome crime could be carried out by a close friend. Angelique later confessed to police that the argument was fueled by alcohol and that Renita's pregnancy news was what set her off. She was sentenced to eight years in prison.

Jessica Wongso
Back in 2016, in one of the biggest criminal cases in Indonesia, Jessica was accused of poisoning her best friend, Mirna Salihin, by putting cyanide in her coffee. During her public trial, Jessica was often seen smiling, and she even laughed when reporters asked her if she poisoned her best friend. Prosecutors accused her of killing Mirna out of jealousy over her friend's marriage. She was later found guilty and sentenced to 20 years.

Erandy Elizabeth Gutierrez
The 16-year-old Mexican teen (left) caused a national outcry when she was accused of murdering her best friend, Anel Baez (right). Erandy stabbed her 61 times in her home with a kitchen knife. According to police, they suspect the motive was over a nude photo that Anel had allegedly uploaded to Facebook. Her Twitter account was also full of cryptic tweets where she talked about murdering her friend. "It may seem that I am very calm, but in my head I have killed you at least three times," she wrote. After being arrested and jailed for three years, she was released in 2017.
