The new A&E series, which premieres Thursday, Jan. 10, follows homicide detectives from the Atlanta Police Department as they unravel the mysteries behind some of the city’s most gruesome crimes. A description sent to In Touch from the network describes the program: “Over the course of the series, the detectives work to solve the mysterious case of a young woman found naked and shot to death in a neighborhood park. Dubbed Fallen Angel, the case captured the hearts of the local community and the investigative team who worked tirelessly to find leads that could bring about justice for the young woman and her family. In addition to the overarching Fallen Angel case, the series will cover other close-ended cases, which present their own distinct challenges.”
