Back in November, rapper Tekashi69 (also known as 6ix9ine — or his legal name, Daniel Hernandez) was ordered to be held in jail without bail while facing racketeering and firearms charges. Months later, we finally got our first glimpse of what life is like for the musician, and apparently, it’s still pretty good. In his first photo behind bars, the rapper can be seen posing with his girlfriend, model and entrepreneur Jade, and they’re looking fairly cozy. And by cozy, well, we mean that he’s squeezing her butt. He’s just got two generous handfuls of her butt and he’s squeezing.

For a man facing what could be life in prison, he doesn’t seem too down. And, for that matter, neither does his girlfriend. In the caption, she wrote, “He’s good luv, enjoy 😉❤️.” She also added the hashtag #FreeDanny, which she’s included in a couple of her posts since her boyfriend went away. Though we don’t know when the photo was taken, the fact that her Instagram seems to be a picture of a picture suggests that it may be from December. Last month, she suggested online that they had a visit. “These lips, can’t wait to taste your skin, baby 💔” she shared on Dec. 9.

The jail time follows other legal troubles that the rapper faced last year. In October, he was sentenced to four years probation after he pleaded guilty in his child sex performance case. A few weeks later, he took another plea deal in an officer assault case with a member of the NYPD. Now, the charges are a lot more serious — and so is the punishment. His relationship with Jade, however, seems to be ride-or-die with her sticking by his side no matter what. And considering the fact that he managed to give her a Rolex on her birthday, a car for Christmas, and a booty squeeze to last until the next time he saw her, well, it doesn’t seem to be working out too badly. No wonder she’s got 69 tattooed across her chest.
