They’re back. Jenelle Evans and her husband, David Eason, headed back to court on May 24 for their fourth court hearing in an effort to regain custody of their kids. Child Protective Services previously removed their children from their home after David, 30, shot and killed the family dog, Nugget. Radar Online was the first to share these photos outside the courthouse. Check out the gallery below.

Poor Kids
Ensley, Maryssa and Kaiser live with the couple full time. In a statement to Us Weekly, Jenelle said Kaiser and Ensley “were inside and just got done playing” when David killed their dog, whereas Maryssa “immediately went to her bedroom and didn’t come out all night until the next day.”

Troubling
We can see why the kids being home for that traumatic incident could be troubling to CPS officials. That’s not something children should ever have to witness.

Tough
It’s clearly been a tough situation for the whole family. But ultimately, the courts have to figure out the best situation for these kids.

Later in the day on May 24, Radar reported that David walked out of the courthouse without Jenelle. He ignored questions and appeared upset. Do you think the couple is going to get their children back?
