Former ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Jenelle Evans Shares Photo of Son Kaiser Amid Custody Battle

Jenelle posted Kaiser’s pre-K graduation photo, and the 4-year-old looked so adorable in his tiny cap and gown.

“Guess who’s graduating from Pre-K soon?! 👦🏼💓 #Melting #LittleMan #MommasBoy,” Jenelle wrote in the caption of the sweet shot of her son, whom she shares with her ex, Nathan Griffith.

If it were under any other circumstance, fans wouldn’t have had an issue with Jenelle posting the cute photo of Kaiser.

But since she recently lost custody of him and her other children — 9-year-old son Jace, 11-year-old stepdaughter Maryssa and 2-year-old daughter Ensley — fans didn’t think it was appropriate for Jenelle to pretend like everything was okay in her household.

“Yay! Kaiser’s dad and stepmom will have fun at the graduation while u [sic] can’t attend,” one fan commented.

“Choosing a man over your kids wow. Get it together. your kids are going to grow up hating you. Kids come first,” another fan wrote.

“#mommasboy?? You don’t even have custody of him LOL,” another fan savagely commented.

“I feel like maybe you should worry about whether you’re gonna be able to be there. Get rid of your hubby,” another fan added.

Many fans are outraged at Jenelle for seemingly choosing David over her kids.

On May 4, Jenelle and David, 30, were under investigation by the Columbus County Department of Social Services in North Carolina after a caller notified authorities about David’s dog killing incident that took place on April 29.

According to The Blast, the caller expressed concern over the couple’s children because they “could develop PTSD, depression or other mental health illnesses from witnessing dangerous acts” like the murder of their family dog.

It didn’t take long for CPS to step in. On Friday, May, 10, insiders told Radar Online that CPS authorized Kaiser’s paternal grandmother, Doris, to pick him up from daycare.

Jenelle’s mother, Barbara Evans, currently has custody of her oldest son, 9-year-old Jace and Jace is usually allowed to visit Jenelle. But after the incident, CPS contacted Barbara and her to keep Jace at home.

The following Monday, on May 13, a judge signed off on the order to remove the rest of the children from Jenelle and David’s home, Ensley and Maryssa.

Jenelle and David were ordered to give the girls up, but they refused.

Two days later, insiders confirmed to Radar that the girls were removed from the home. “Ensley has been placed,” the source said. “Maryssa has also been taken.”

The next day, Jenelle and David showed up in court to fight CPS to regain custody of their kids.

Jenelle revealed that her only priorities now are her children. “During this difficult time, I’m focused on getting Kaiser back and cooperating with my legal team on the next steps to getting my children back,” the reality star told In Touch in an exclusive statement.

Their custody hearing will be continued until this week, Radar reported.
