The Weeknd Begs Bella Hadid to Take Him Back (EXCLUSIVE)
Too late! The Weeknd really hurt his ex-girlfriend Bella Hadid when he went public with his relationship with Selena Gomez — rebounding with Bella’s pal just two months after they broke up. But his relationship with Selena wasn’t working out for him and they split last month — and now, sources tell In Touch exclusively that the “Starboy” singer has been blowing up his Bella’s phone trying to get back together with her.
The Weeknd (real name: Abel Tesfaye) is texting and calling his ex Bella Hadid “nonstop,” reveals a source. He feels that the model is “the true love of his life.”
But she’s been ignoring him, the source says, because she’s happy with new beau Drake, 31, who threw her an extravagant 21st birthday party in NYC on Oct. 9. “She will never take Abel back.” The insider added,“She has no interest in ever speaking to him again.”
Abel, 27, started missing Bella even before he split from Selena, according to the insider, and understandably so because Able and Bella spent a lot of time together. They dated for a year and a half before they called it quits, and Abel quickly learned that Selena wasn’t the right girl for him. In addition to the texts and calls, Abel has been sending his ex flowers.
It seems like Bella isn’t looking back because she loves the way Drake treats her. Sources revealed to Life & Style that the couple has been secretly dating since June and she fell for him even harder after her surprise birthday party last month.
“She thought it was so romantic,” the insider said. “It started out casual, but they’re definitely serious [now].”
