Aaaand we officially feel really, really old.

It’s hard to believe, but it’s been more than 12 years since Ross and Rachel welcomed baby Emma Geller-Green on Friends (our apologies if we ruined it for anyone — but we’re not sure you can call something a “spoiler” more than a decade later).

A new picture has surfaced showing what twins Noelle and Cali Sheldon, who played the toddler in final seasons, look like today and, unsurprisingly, they are all grown up and totally stunning — just like you’d expect any child of Jennifer Aniston, either real or fictional, would be!

The gorgeous girls, who are now 12-years-old, have continued to act, most recently appearing side-by-side in shorts titled, “Agorable” and “Winner” in 2012.

We don’t know if they are old enough for social media yet — after all, the Internet can be a scary, scary place — but we have so many questions for these two.

What really happened when Ross and Rachel got locked out of the apartment with the window open and the water running? Do you still laugh when you hear ‘Baby Got Back’? Related, what do you think of Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda”?
