Still going strong. Tekashi69’s girlfriend, Jade, posted a new photo of the rapper behind bars on January 21, shortly after it was revealed that a judge denied his request to serve out the remainder of his sentence at home. Jade shared a word of encouragement to her beau in the caption, and vented her frustrations about the legal system.

“They kidnapped you, they had sex with the mother of your child, they get caught on the phone trying to kill you and [they’re] stealing millions of dollars from you,” she wrote. “If you snitch, for the rest of your life people are gonna try to kill you for being a rat, but if you don’t snitch, you’re doing 47 years in prison where they’re gonna kill you anyway, because they were already talking about it.”

The social media star also compared his crimes to others that received a lesser sentence. “Sammy the Bull kills 19 people and gets 5 years. You kill no one and get two years. This s–t is so f–ked up … LMFAOOO they can’t break you, no one understands why people still love you and support you,” his leading lady continued.

The lyricist (a.k.a. 6ix9ine — or his legal name, Daniel Hernandez) has already served 14 months behind bars as of now.

Judge Paul Engelmayer shut down the chart-topping artist’s request to be on house arrest because he believes Tekashi, 23, being in prison is “necessary in this case … [to] reflect the seriousness of his crimes.”

In the court documents, the “FEFE” rapper reportedly said he feared for his life because there are several gang members at the same facility who want revenge for his testimony.

As we previously reported, the New York native was arrested on racketeering and firearms charges back in November 2018. He was indicted on six counts: conspiracy with others to commit racketeering, discharging a firearm while committing a crime, committing a crime of violence in aid of racketeering, assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a firearm and committing a crime in aid of racketeering.

Tekashi was originally facing anywhere from 47 years to life in prison, but his sentence was shortened after he testified against his former fellow gang members.

Despite his legal woes, Jade has continued to stick by his side. Back in May 2019, she debuted a tattoo of his face on her chest to show her unwavering support for the rapper.
