Looks like Jenelle Evans‘ husband David Eason will be facing consequences for his actions after all. The former Teen Mom 2 star shared a bizarre video earlier this week, depicting himself as he illegally towed a stranger’s truck from a public parking spot in Wilmington, NC because he felt the truck was blocking him in his own space. Even though the Wilmington PD did not decide to pursue charges against David, the owner of the truck is now speaking out and David will now be facing charges in the illegal towing scandal.

“BREAKING: In a new twist, Terry Hill has decided to press charges against David Eason of Teen Mom 2. This is a developing story and is happening now,” a local TV station reporter tweeted. “Somebody has to put a stop to them,” Hill reportedly said.

Shortly after that tweet, the Wilmington PD confirmed that David will be facing charges. “UPDATE: Hill has decided to press charges. An officer is meeting with him to assist in paperwork/taking a report. Once completed, WPD will take appropriate action to charge Eason,” read a tweet posted from the police department’s official Twitter page.

The news came hours after the Wilmington PD released an official statement on Twitter revealing that after completing an investigation, they would not be pressing charges against David because they had “no legal avenue” to pursue charges.

David, 30, was the one who first brought attention to his illegal towing incident when he uploaded a video to YouTube on Dec. 19, showing his viewers “how to deal with a–holes who block you in a parking space.”

In the video, viewers could clearly see David hooking up a line from his truck to Hill’s truck, which was parked directly behind him. David’s wife, Jenelle, was filming the entire incident on camera and she could be heard giving her hubby advice as he successfully managed to move Hill’s truck. “Pull that motherf–ker out of the way,” the 27-year-old said, laughing.
