Bye, haters! Taylor Swift accepted the Tour of the Year Award at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards, and she had something to say about her crazy year.

“So, I think one of the most wonderful things about the way this whole tour turned out is that for like the entire six months leading up to the first show of this tour, everything I read about the tour said this is going to be a massive failure,” she said. “This is going to be a flop tour, and you know, it really did wonders for my self-esteem. It was really great to hear people saying that I was going to be playing to nearly empty stadiums.”

Despite the challenges, the pop princess, 29, came out on top. “I have learned a lot,” she confessed. “One of the things I have learned is that life is unpredictable and people can make forecasts, and they can make predictions but those predictions and forecasts may not come true if there is an unforeseeable factor involved and that unforeseeable factor, in this case, was my fans.”

The blonde beauty couldn’t help but gush about her loyal fanbase for being so supportive throughout her career. “So, I honestly owe everything in my life to you and I want to thank you. Of course, the “Delicate” crooner couldn’t leave the stage without explaining how much she adores her Swifties. “I also just wanted to say before I go that I love your passion, I love your attention, I love your detail, I love how much you care,” she gushed.

The Pennsylvania native concluded her speech by hinting that there could be new tunes coming! Taylor Swift album 7 anyone? “When there is new music, you will be the first to know. I love you so much.”
