What a sweet daddy/daughter moment. Tarek El Moussa shared a video on his Instagram featuring him and his daughter, Taylor, talking about house design, and it’s legit one of the cutest things you’ll see all week. “I just had to share this video of me and my love designing a house!!!” Tarek, 37, began his caption on the post. “It’s amazing how fast my kids are growing!! I still remember the home video I sent to HGTV IN 2010 … Tay was in Christina’s belly!”

The reality TV dad continued, “It’s crazy to think I’ve been filming for tv for 9 years!! It’s incredible to think I have footage of Tay as a baby now footage of her designing houses with me! I hope you love this adorable video as much as I do❤️. Tay … you are my everything! — Daddy :).” So lovely.

Flip or Flop fans have had the opportunity to see 8-year-old Taylor and her brother, Brayden, grow up on TV. Plus, both Tarek and his ex-wife, Christina Anstead, regularly share photos and videos of their kids on social media for their followers to enjoy.

And enjoy they do! Fans in the comments really loved getting such an adorable glimpse into Tarek and Tay’s bond. “So cool to see her on video too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,” one person wrote. Another follower said, “What an amazing Daddy!! You can certainly tell she loves you!! ❤️”

Although Tarek and Christina, 36, filed for divorce in January 2017, they appear to be keeping things amicable. Both of them appear to get plenty of time with the kids, and they’ve each moved on and into new relationships and new TV shows after their HGTV success as a married couple.
