Donald Trump Loves ‘Shark Week’ but Hates Sharks, According to Stormy Daniels (EXCLUSIVE)

And by complex, we mean completely f’ed up. Stormy (real name: Stephanie Clifford) revealed in the exposé that the second time she met with the former reality star, it was at the Beverly Hills Hotel after she was invited by Donald to have dinner. But he was a little distracted by the TV. “The strangest thing about that night — this was the best thing ever. You could see the television from the little dining room table and he was watching ‘Shark Week’ and he was watching a special about the U.S.S. something and it sank and it was like the worst shark attack in history,” she said. “He is obsessed with sharks. Terrified of sharks. He was like, ‘I donate to all these charities and I would never donate to any charity that helps sharks. I hope all the sharks die.’ He was like riveted. He was like obsessed. It’s so strange, I know.”

Yes, it appears Donald, 71, could not get enough of the Discovery Channel’s programming dedicated to the underwater predator, but not so secretly hates them. His admission doesn’t come as a huge surprise given the politician’s stance on environmental issues and his known television addiction, but for Stormy, it was the best (worst) part of the night. “But isn’t that weird? So strange,” she added. “So we finished dinner and we moved to the sofa so he could get a better view of ‘Shark Week.'”

If you look back at Donald’s Twitter history, he has made his dislike of sharks very well know. “Sorry folks, I’m just not a fan of sharks — and don’t worry, they will be around long after we are gone,” he tweeted in 2013, before adding, “Sharks are last on my list — other than perhaps the losers and haters of the world!” However, while we agree with Stormy’s assessment of his strange obsession, in the long list of Trump contradictions (i.e. gay marriage, women’s rights, immigration, Steve Bannon) it’s just a typical day for the self-proclaimed genius.
