The Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna saga continues with a surprising new development. Chyna recently filed paperwork claiming her ex didn’t suffer physical or psychological injuries from their 2016 fight and she’s using one of his previous statements as evidence to support her case.

Chyna, 30, used transcripts from a recent deposition to try to prove that her former fiancé wasn’t harmed during their prior altercation. According to documents obtained by In Touch on January 16, Rob, 31, said that “being scratched by a female is one of the best things a man could ask for.”

“In his opposition, Rob does not dispute the fact that his only injuries, the tear in his shirt and scratch marks on his chest, occurred during a playful exchange between the couple in bed… He even testified that he enjoyed the scratches,” according to the documents. As far as Chyna ripping his shirt, Rob claimed that it didn’t “occur” to him that things would get so heated. He told Chyna’s attorney: “I thought she was just being drunk, and you know, trying to be funny.”

It wasn’t until later that Rob said the scratching “didn’t feel good.” The Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star reportedly filed a lawsuit against his former flame in September 2017 for alleged assault, battery and vandalism that took place during their Christmas 2016 fight.

Chyna filed new documents only one day after Rob dined with Love & Hip Hop star Alexis Skyy at his mother Kris Jenner’s home on January 14. Alexis and Chyna reportedly got into a major argument at a private party in Los Angeles on January 12 and fans were shocked when Rob called Alexis his “WCW” the following day. Meanwhile, Rob and Chyna are still in the midst of a child support battle regarding their daughter, Dream. Hopefully everything works out for the best.
