The Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star dropped 40 pounds — and her before and after photos are shocking. Fans noticed the change in her body and began leaving comments about her new figure on her Instagram page. Shortly after, she posted a photo of herself and opened up about how she shed the weight.
“I’m Vegan and alcohol free. I went from 163lbs to 123lbs in 7 months the healthy way, by changing my diet and working out. When I was thicker I was eating junk food and drinking every single day. I’m happy with my body and that’s all that matters. I understand that everyone has an opinion and that’s fine.. But if I state my opinion about a lot of you, you would probably delete your IG, so from now on I’ll just keep it to myself… I’ll probably delete this in a few hours." she captioned the pic.
The photo since — like she warned — has been deleted, but now fans have more insight on why she chose to slim down!

The princess surely found great support during her weight loss journey in her husband, Ray J. The couple tied the knot last summer after dating on-and-off for years.
