A newly released audio recording has revealed that Paris Jackson’s friend asked a neighbor to call 911 for help on March 16. The neighbor immediately reported the emergency to dispatch and was told to locate the patient, Jackson, and make sure to “have her stay still” and not “eat or drink.”

“My neighbor downstairs … I don’t know the situation,” Gabriel Glenn began in the tense 911 call obtained by In Touch. When dispatch asked if the patient was next to him, the caller responded, “No, he’s downstairs back with her. He knocked on my door.”

“Try to get next to her,” the emergency responder said. “It’s very important.” The neighbor said Jackson’s friend didn’t give him any information about what was going on, other than to call 911 right away. Once he was able to get by the star’s side, the neighbor was seemingly flustered by the situation. “Have her stay still, nothing to eat or drink. Fire department is on the way,” dispatch said.

A spokesperson from LAPD previously revealed they responded to a call at Jackson’s home on March 16 for a “suicide attempt.” The 20-year-old was reportedly transported to a local hospital. Since then, she has denied all reports that she was hospitalized following a suicide attempt over the weekend. “Lies lies lies omg and more lies,” she tweeted following the ordeal.

“Paris was partying really hard that night — but that’s nothing unusual for her,” a close friend told Daily Mail about what allegedly took place that evening. “It turned into a pretty crazy night and she had been acting a little out of control. But she says she accidentally cut her arm with kitchen scissors and it wasn’t a suicide attempt. At the hospital she continued acting wildly and the doctors wanted to keep her in for observation for at least three days.”
