In a touching tribute, Jack Perry honored his late father Luke Perry on Instagram. The video was posted on Monday, July 22, just days before the world premiere of Once Upon A Time in Hollywood, the last movie the late actor was featured in before he passed.

In the clip, the professional wrestler was filmed walking up to a billboard of his father in character. “Luke Perry is Scott” is written across the sign. You then see Jack, 22, climb up on to the billboard and sit alongside his father. He looks down at his dad and then smiles into the camera.

“Big premiere tonight. He deserved this, and I’m very proud of it,” the athlete captioned the video hours before the Hollywood premiere. “A stud in life, and forever after. The best of the best. Love you forever.”

The late actor died March 4, 2019, after suffering a massive stroke at age 52. Luke was best known for his role as Dylan McKay on the ’90s hit TV show Beverly Hills, 90210, but his most recent TV role was Fred Andrews on Riverdale. The CW aired the last episode he filmed before his passing back in April.

Once Upon A Time in Hollywood is the last movie Luke filmed before his death. The Hollywood premiere on Monday, July 22, will definitely be emotional for those that were close to him. Both of his children, Jack and Sophie, 19, have been very vocal on social media about their grief.

On March 6, Jack wrote on Instagram, “He was a lot of things to a lot of people. To me, he was always Dad. He loved and supported me in everything and inspired me to be the best that I could possibly be,” he wrote. “I’ve learned so much from you, and my heart is broken thinking about everything you won’t be here for. I’ll miss you every day that I walk this earth. I’ll do whatever I can to carry on your legacy and make you proud. I love you, Dad.”
