It’s finally happening! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s surrogate for baby No. 4 went into labor, and this time it’s not a false alarm! Kourtney Kardashian confirmed the big news while making an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on May 9.

Kris Jenner was a guest on the show and looked totally shocked when Ellen had all of her grandkids come surprise her as well as her oldest daughter. When the host addressed how Kim was scheduled to be there, Kourtney, 40, revealed that her sister had to zoom over to the hospital.

Kourtney was joined by her kids Mason, Penelope and Reign, as well as Kim’s kids, North, Saint and Chicago. “My mom doesn’t even know this, but Kim’s surrogate went into labor,” the reality star revealed, garnering major excitement from fans. “So, she’s at the hospital.” Kris then looked blown away by the baby bombshell, saying, “No! What are we doing here?! C’mon Ellen.”

The power couple is obviously thrilled about welcoming their fourth child very soon. “Kim and Kanye have known for awhile and are very excited,” an insider previously dished to E! News about their bundle of joy. “They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out. Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect.”

This marks the second time that Kim, 38, and Kanye, 41, have used a surrogate, having done the same for their daughter, Chicago. This time, they decided to use a different person, and she said it’s been a great experience. In late April, the makeup maven threw a swanky “zen-like” baby shower to prepare for their new addition, who some thought arrived on the eve of the Met Gala.

When rumors started swirling online, the reality star took to Twitter to set the record straight. “Wait just saw news our baby boy came, but that’s not true,” she tweeted on May 6. “It’s Met Monday, I’m in NYC. I would be at the hospital lol.” It looks like their bundle of joy will be here any minute now, and we can’t wait to see what unique moniker Kim and Kanye decide on this time!
