They ship it! Khloé Kardashian’s ex French Montana dropped a reply into the comments of a post her sister Kourtney Kardashian made on Instagram and fans are legit thrilled by the development. Kourtney, 39, posted a photo of herself with her sisters Khloé, 34, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner on February 26, and French, 34, was quick to comment with a “Love-You Gesture: Medium-Light Skin Tone on Apple iOS 12.1” emoji. For the record, that’s the gesture for “I love you” in American Sign Language, so you can understand why some fans of their former relationship got a little excited.

On February 19, the news broke that Tristan Thompson — Khloé’s most recent partner and the father of her daughter, True Thompson — was caught cheating on her with her sister with Kylie’s best friend, Jordyn Woods. There’s been a flurry of reports since then about the scandal and their relationship, including that Tristan, 27, doesn’t think the hook-up was really that bad a thing to do to poor Khloé. With an attitude like that, is it any surprise that people would rather see her with someone they think would treat her better?

French received a ton of replies to his comment on Kourtney’s Instagram post. “Montana ready to treat Khloé right,” one person wrote. Another commented, “Any chance at you and Khloé getting back together? You are a real gentleman so you can show her how she needs to be treated and make her happy! #onecanhope.” Others called for him to “marry” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, and encouraged him by saying things like “this is your chance.” Wow, people really don’t waste any time, do they?

French and Khloé briefly dated in 2014, and remain good friends. “She’s good, she’s good. I spoke to her last week. We’re great friends. I think we’re going to be friends forever,” French told E! News in 2016. But could that ever turn into something more if they decided to give things another chance? Well, Instagram sure seems to hope so!
