Khloé Kardashian Slammed For Letting True Thompson Sit In Ridiculously Expensive Birkin Bag

We all know that the Kardashians are over the top when it comes to showing off their jewelry, designer handbags, and cars (hello, Bentleys and Lamborghinis). But Khloé Kardashian might have taken it a little too far this time, and fans are not having it. She captioned the photo, “Nothing can change this love.” The picture is cute, but unfortunately, fans took to Instagram to go off on the new mom. One wrote, “She’s sitting in what’s my college tuition,” while another echoed, “This bag cost more than some houses & you but your baby in it.” One fan was a little taken aback. They commented, “I’ve never even seen a Birkin and this baby is SITTING in one.” Yikes, Koko, seems like maybe you should have thought about this some more.

So, exactly how much money are we talking about?! The bag reportedly costs $60,000 and up. Khloé was spotted with it during season 12 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2016, so even though the purse isn’t brand new, it still comes with a hefty price tag. Fortunately, the Good American Founder is worth roughly $40 million, so it looks like baby True has a lot of good hand-me-downs coming her way in the future.

Even though Khloé isn’t struggling to pay her bills at the moment, she still understands the meaning of hard work. When Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé opened their store, DASH, in 2006, they “really struggled for a long time to make it a successful business,” she confessed to her blog followers.

She continued, “There were definitely months where we couldn’t pay our bills. The store was just breaking even for six or seven years! We didn’t make any money, and it was really scary. Everything went into DASH, but we were really determined and kept working at it to get where we are today. Eventually, it paid off. People think that my sisters and I didn’t have to work for our money, but we did!”
